We offer a 100-day refund policy
Follow these steps to return your order for a refund:
If you would like to exchange your purchase, please return it to us. On a copy of the invoice please write the item you would like to exchange it with. You are welcome to email us your intention to exchange your tie and we will happily hold any item for you. Our return address is located on the invoice. If you have lost your invoice, please contact us for the return address. You do not have to have a receipt to exchange your tie.
Exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt of the returned items.
We guarantee the quality of our products. We quality check every product that is posted out, however it is possible that we do miss something. If an item arrives faulty, or doesn't meet your personal quality expectations, just contact us and we will send you a replacement.
If a product has become faulty within the first year please return it to us. If it has not been mistreated we will replace it with a new one (if the exact product is no longer available you can select comparable product to it exchanged with). We do not guarantee our products if they have been mistreated.
We have never had a returned product that we have not honoured with a replacement. If you were unfortunate to be issued with a faulty product we sincerely apologise and hope that we have responded in a way that is satisfactory to you.
